My brother Graeme is in the long desert shadow taking the picture. Credit to his artistic panache! We're in Tinfou in Morocco. I'd like to say "...on our 16th day in the desert without food or water" but truthfully, we rode a lonely dune for a touristic sum of cashiolas. It had to be done.
I was born on the opposite side of the world to Sigve, in Jo'burg, South Africa, 26º S15'028º E00', Geocentric Tropical Equal Mean Node, 5 Mar 1976 at 08:30. The sun was in Pisces, the moon in Taurus and Aries was rising just over the horizon. I'm still working out what all the planetary aspects mean, so I haven't figured out yet what the sky was doing on Sigve's side of the world, but somewhere out there, something conspired to ensure our meeting - somewhere in the middle of all this planetary and earthly activity...


The concept of "Home" is currently shared between experiencing London - and all the crazy and cultural things she has to offer, and Cape Town - the beaming Mother City, where my dad Derek and mum Elizabeth, siblings Graeme, Paul and Kim and their families live.
The irrevocably international nature of our generation ensures that we're lucky enough to have friends wherever we go. Sadly, it also means that we miss the people who happen to be on a different adventure elsewhere on the planet. Mysteriously, Sig and I have a geeky appreciation for all things ethereal and webby and we're hoping our love of things intagible might bring us closer to those who are far away...
