I think the reason that I pursued a career in Web design is that I am continually surprised in what you can find on the Internet. New technologies are being introduced the whole time, revolutionising what has been done before. The World Wide Web was invented by a guy called Tim Berners-Lee in 1989-91. It's literally exploded since.
The first email ever sent was between two computers standing on the same desk.
The message was "QWERTYUIOP" (I knew you wouldn't ask for it)
