MUSIC

What can I say I LOVE MUSIC.

London is great for music. I have seen Björk live three times in London. She is one of my favourites. I went through a phase (a few years back) where I kept dreaming that I was eating breakfast in, what appeared to be her house - with her son and her dad...? (Around about the same time I had a re-curring dream where I was shoe-shopping with Drew Barrymore).

Other musicians that inspire me are: Mike Patton, Jill Scott, India Aria, Audioslave, Dexter Gordon, Jaco Pastorius, Dina Washington, old David Bowie stuff, Beta Band, Red Hot Chilli Pepper (older stuff) - the list could go on and on...

Sad for me is that I play music less and less. I still own a few instruments but I feel a bit shy and awkward in their presence. I still have contact with most of the people I played music with and it pleases me to know that they are all making their dreams happen.

For myself, I can only promise to try and not let go of the music completely..
